Bay Area native Louielar “Louie” Cademas lived throughout the region — from Milpitas to Sunnyvale to San Jose — before settling down in Gilroy. As such, he understands the Bay Area market inside and out. Louie began his career in retail sales before entering the construction industry as a test and balance technician. Between his work in construction, a family tradition of real estate investment, and his experience buying his own Gilroy home, Louie realized that he had the skill set and spirit to be a successful agent.

Louie is a proud husband and father to two sons. As a member of his local sheet metal workers union, he volunteered with a wide variety of charity events, including Toys for Tots, voting initiatives, and blood drives, and he actively supports his children’s schools. Louie is passionate about basketball and baseball, and he incorporates the sports’ values of teamwork and drive into his daily life.
