Meet Aya

Aya Hatori has been a licensed California Realtor® since 2021. As a trusted Bay Area real estate advisor, she brings the same precision, negotiation skill, and strategic thinking that defined her legal career into every client relationship. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or luxury sellers, Aya is known for her professionalism, discretion, and relentless commitment to protecting her clients’ interests — qualities that have earned her a growing base of repeat and referral clients.

Aya attended Santa Clara University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor, following a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Her legal background, particularly in high-stakes intellectual property litigation, trained her to analyze complex contracts, advocate persuasively, and manage multimillion-dollar negotiations — skills that now set her apart in Silicon Valley’s fast-paced real estate market.

Aya began her real estate career after nearly ten years as a senior attorney at a global law firm, when she realized she wanted to combine her analytical discipline with her love for beautiful homes, design, and helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate. She has since become known for her modern, luxury-minded approach and deep understanding of both the emotional and financial sides of buying and selling property.

Aya believes that real estate should be both aspirational and strategic — a space where design meets opportunity. She works hard to ensure every transaction feels seamless, empowering, and thoroughly informed. Aya is known by clients and friends to be someone who will fight for their goals with grace, strategy, and unmatched professionalism
