Meet Hana

Hana Polonsky is a dedicated Realtor® with a background as a former science teacher and professional organizer. She holds a B.S. in Psychology, an M.Ed in Science Education, and is a certified KonMari® consultant. She brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to the real estate industry, offering clients a thorough and analytical approach to buying and selling their homes.

In addition to her extensive knowledge of the local market, she brings strong communication and negotiation skills to the table, ensuring that clients’ best interests are always represented. Hana is committed to being your guide, advisor and advocate in one of the most important financial and personal decisions of your life. 

Outside of real estate, Hana enjoys spending time with her family, drawing, painting, and ceramics. She is also a movie buff and a bona fide Pickleball enthusiast!  Hana speaks both Korean and English and is a proud member of the Diamond Bar Young Professionals Kiwanis Club.
