Joyce grew up in Sunnyvale and lived in the South Bay until she moved to El Dorado County in the early 2000‚ where she began her career in real estate. In 2005, she was lured back to the Silicon Valley as the tech sector was on the rise again. Joyce was fortunate to work at companies like Google, Yahoo!, LinkedIn, and Apple. During her time in the tech industry, she honed her skills at communication, negotiation, project management and implementation of technical processes. Joyce loves the tech industry but returned to real estate in order to have a better work-life balance and spend more time with her family.

Joyce is detail-oriented, proficient in contracts and negotiation, and flexible to fit the schedules of her busy clients. She joined Momentum Realty in 2017 and is excited to be able to help people turn their dreams of homeownership into reality. Her main areas of expertise are Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and Milpitas.

Joyce loves to chase after her two growing boys, is absolutely in love with food‚ from hole in the walls to fancy multi-course meals and everything in between, enjoys arts and crafts that includes making paper flower walls, rainbow loom bracelets, and building diaper cakes, and she loves to go on road trips with her family, capturing precious moments and memories of the family and the landscape.
