I’ve had the privilege of working with major home builders like KB Home and Pulte Homes, and I’ve led the successful sales of large-scale projects, including a high-rise residential building in downtown San Jose for a group of investors.

My background spans not only residential sales and development but also a deep specialization in senior living and memory care. I’ve worked in a high-end senior community, specializing in Memory Care, and I’m on track to be certified in the Positive Approach to Care (PAC). This expertise allows me to guide families with compassion and clarity, helping them find the right home and community for their loved ones in transition.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, I serve a diverse clientele with clear communication and cultural understanding. My extensive network of trusted partners—including lenders, contractors, stagers, and inspectors—ensures my clients have the best support in every phase of the real estate process. From reading soil reports and natural hazard disclosures to understanding home construction inside and out, I deliver insights that help buyers and sellers make informed decisions.
