When it comes to your real estate goals, you can always count on Trish Ngo to put her best foot forward. She brings her integrity, high-standards, and ambition to the table, all while maintaining a positive attitude. The fuel to Trish’s fire is genuinely helping her clients reach their diverse goals and assisting in turning the page to a new chapter in their lives.

While understanding each client has unique and specific needs, Trish’s goal is to be a resource that you can trust and turn to when you have questions, doubts, or need someone who prioritizes your wants and needs. Trish began her real estate journey briefly after graduating high school in the late summer of 2020 when a seller’s market sprung, and she realized there was no better time to shift gears and pursue her dream career. Her miraculous experience in customer service backs her ability to negotiate and satisfy clients’ needs.

Trish’s motivation for diving into real estate was a combination of pursuing a career that would allow her to help others, childhood aspirations, and financially support her family. In fall 2021, she joined Mike Ramos and his team at Momentum Realty. Momentum Realty is partnered with Side, a San Francisco based real estate technology brokerage that works exclusively with top-producing agents and offers support with the benefit of their first-hand, off-market information and listings.

Aside from work, Trish has a raving passion for outdoor activities including snowboarding, cliff diving, hiking, soccer, and almost everything in between. She also is an ecstatic music and car enthusiast. Her love for clean, fast rides — with her personal emphasis on reliability and attention to detail — demonstrate how she will burn rubber to get you to the finish line. So, what are you waiting for? Trish is waiting on your “go” to start this race.
